Shipping policy

So how does shipping work?

Its pretty straight forward for us..

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 8am PST will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after 8am will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will also ship the following business day.

Custom items & Bucket Hats may require an additional 1-5 days to process and make before shipping.

If everything checks out when we process the order (no missing zip code, invalid name like "big perm" etc..) you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know we got the order, followed by tracking info for your package once we create the label and send the box out.

At check-out we offer a few different ways for you to receive your order.

FREE SHIPPING - Its exactly that, If you aren't in a rush to receive your order, we recommend free shipping at check-out. Its free and takes 5 days or less anywhere in the US.

USPS Priority Mail - If you really need to get your jeans (don't worry, we get it) you can choose USPS Priority Mail at check-out. Rates vary, but you can expect your package a little sooner since this takes 1-3 days in transit. (See the blue map below for the most recent USPS transit times for your area)

USPS or UPS Next Day Air/Next Day Air Saver/Priority Mail Express - If you absolutely can not wait to receive your jeans (and we're not judging you) we also offer Next Day Air via UPS or USPS

***Please note your order must be placed within our shipping hours if you expect to receive your order the next day. Please consider processing times for customs, hats & select items(refer to first paragraph on this page).
