Raw Mursaki Jeans are brought in small batches to local wash houses in LA. Depending on the style they undergo processes such as stone-washing and bleaching. Within hours the raw indigo rich denim is broken down & fade into the washes you see. These are the standard bases, from these jeans I personally make the knee slit, full distress, & 3D treated versions by hand.
As a small denim brand my pieces don't stop at the drawing board, Theres a different level of personal touch given thats only obtainable when the person who designed them is the same person making them.. @TheDenimPeddler

So how does shipping work?

Its pretty straight forward for us.. 

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm PST will be shipped out the same day.

Any orders placed after 2pm will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will also ship the following business day. 

If everything checks out (no security flags or fraud detected, no missing zip code, invalid name like "big perm" etc..), we accept the order and you'll receive a confirmation email, Followed by tracking info for your package once we create the label and send the box out. 


At check-out we offer a few different ways for you to receive your order.  


USPS Priority Mail - We offer this service FREE with all orders Expect 1-3 day delivery times. (see blue usps priority map below for delivery times to your area)

USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS - This is an overnight/next day service.* Rates vary. *Please note your order must be placed within our shipping hours if you expect to receive your order the next day (refer to first section of this page).

USPS Priority Mail International - This is our only international shipping option, Rates vary, Expect 6-10 day delivery times.**

Customs, Duties, And Taxes.

** Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs duties and fees on your international order. Additionally, some international orders may receive delays at the destination’s customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot control the fees that you are charged at customs, the delays, nor can we predict what they may be.  We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Packages that are returned due to customs hold ups will be refunded to the customer once the items are received back in our possession. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items

Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product,
there may be several options available to you.
Please note, that ALL items must have their
original tags attached, be unworn and unwashed.

To begin processing any type of return, please contact Customer Service with the name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.

Please note that all returns must have a Return authorization number (RA#), You can request an RA# by filling out this form (to the left or down below). When we receive your request, if your return is approved we will issue an RA# by email.

Once we have received the product and the return has been processed, we can issue the exchange or the credit to your account. Please note that we are unable to accept returns that are physically dropped off by a customer at any location.

All Returns must be shipped to:





• Any returns or exchanges that show up without an RA# can not be entered into our system, and therefore will not be processed.


• You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges


• You will have 15 days from delivery of your package to file a return/exchange claim with customer service.


• Once you are issued an RA# - Please ship the items back immediately. We must receive the item back within 15 days of the RA# issue date.


• If the item was purchased at one of our retailers, please take the product back to the retailer for a return or exchange.


• If the item was purchased at an event, expo, pop-up shop, or any other special event, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for these items.


• If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for our U.S. customers to retrieve the item. We can not ship out the replacement item until we receive the original item being returned.


• If you would like to return an item for any reason other than mispacked or defective/damaged products(stated above) we will be glad to issue you a refund back to your payment method MINUS a re-stocking fee.


• The re-stocking fee is directly tied to the payment processor you used at checkout. PayPal, Sezzle & ShopPay are all different payment processors. Their fees are as follows: (PayPal 3.49% + $0.49 cents per order) - (Sezzle 6% + $0.30 cents per order) - (ShopPay credit card used directly on site 2.6% + $0.30 cents) - (ShopPay Installments via Affirm 5.9% + $0.30 cents). These rates were paid directly to the payment processor, we do not receive this portion of any purchase made on the site - So we can not offer it in the refund. Thank you for understanding.

Example: On a $100 order the re-stocking fee for (PayPal = $3.98) (Sezzle = $6.30) (ShopPay Direct = $2.90) (ShopPay = Installments $6.20) No exceptions will be made.


• If the item you’d like to return/exchange was ordered more than 15 days ago, the item is no longer for available for sale, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
